TEMPy-ReFF (“The Software”)

1. Academic Use

Permission is hereby granted for Academic Purposes, free of charge, to use, copy, modify, merge, and to distribute the Software, subject to the following conditions:

The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

“Academic Purposes” means use by students, faculty (such as lecturers and PhD students), and researchers at educational or research institutions for teaching, not-for-profit research, and other educational purposes.

2. Commercial Use

If you wish to use the Software for Commercial Purposes, including but not limited to any use in a commercial environment, or for the benefit of a for-profit entity, you must obtain a separate license.
